Our Mission

At Athlete2Employment (A2E), our mission is to connect businesses with top-tier talent by specializing in the placement of former and current collegiate athletes. We aim to bridge the gap between the athletic world and the corporate workforce, leveraging the unique skills athletes develop—such as leadership, teamwork, and resilience. By providing businesses with high-performing, disciplined candidates, we ensure that employers gain a competitive advantage, while empowering athletes with career opportunities that align with their potential.

What we do

We serve businesses looking for qualified employees by matching the best candidates—former and current collegiate athletes—with the positions they wish to fill. Many companies recognize the unique value that athletes bring to the workplace, such as dedication, time management, leadership, and resilience.

As the intermediary between athletes and businesses, we ensure the best fit for both parties. Our loyalty to collegiate athletes and their respective athletic departments drives our mission to place them in the ideal career opportunities. The strong relationships we’ve developed through athletic departments and the business world are what set us apart. Built on trust, reliability, and proven success, we are proud to be the industry leader in athlete placement.
